Raja the Great success adds vigour to Bogan remake

that starred Jayam Ravi, Arvind Swami and Hansika in the leads was one of Kollywood’s most profitable ventures in 2017. It was appreciated by critics too. This hit film directed by Lakshman is being remade in Telugu with Ravi Teja as the hero. Lakshman is directing the Telugu version too and is currently working on the script. Against this backdrop, the success of Ravi Teja’s Raja the Great has come as a shot in the arm for the makers of the Telugu version of Bogan. A source close to the producers says, “We are very much pleased with the success of Raja the Great as it gives us greater flexibility in deciding on the budget and increasing the scale of the project.” The leading lady and other details of the film are yet to be finalised.
