Hebah Patel, the romantic comedy hit the digital medium on October 2nd and managed to entertain the viewers with its comedy quotient. Despite garnering mixed reviews from critics for its predictable proceedings, the film delivered the much-needed fun amid these tough times and raked in good numbers on the platform.
On Friday, the makers of ‘Orey Bujjiga’ announced that the film will be hitting the
theaters
on January 1, 2021. Speaking on the latest happening, producer KK Radha Mohan said “On the occasion of New Year 2021, we’ve decided to release Orey Bujjiga in theaters. Considering the solid response on OTT, we’re sure that the youthful entertainer will entertain all sections of audience and pull them into the theaters.”
Directed by Vijay Kumar Konda of Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde fame, Orey Bujjiga features an ensemble starcast like veteran heroine Vani Viswanath, Naresh, Saptagiri, Posani Krishna Murali, Anish Kuruvilla, Raja Raveendra and Ajay Ghosh. While Nandyala Ravi has penned the dialogues, Anup Rubens has composed the music and I Andrew handled the cinematography.
Recently, Raj Tarun has kicked-off his second film with Vijay Kumar Konda and most of the technical crew who worked for Orey Bujjiga are reprising their positions. Besides this project, the young actor is playing a stand-up comedian in his upcoming romantic-comedy directed by debutante Santosh Mohan Veeranki. Touted to be a biopic based on stand-up comedian Samay Raina, the film will reportedly feature ‘Gypsy’ fame
Natasha Singh as the leading lady and veteran actress Simran Bagga in a pivotal role.
