'Raahu' teaser is here, exploring a new concept

The teaser of debutant Subbu Vedula’s ‘

Raahu

’ starring Kriti Garg and Aberaam Varma in lead roles released today.

The teaser was

launched

at 11 AM today, with the cast and crew sharing the same on their social media. The 54-seconds teaser only gives a small glimpse into the story, without revealing much. A sombre voice-over talks of the affect Raahu has on the sun during the eclipse. It connects to

conversion disorder

, which is defined as a mental condition in which a person has blindness, paralysis, or other nervous system (neurologic) symptoms that cannot be explained by medical evaluation.

The lead character explains that if she sees blood she’s triggered by it and goes

blind

immediately. The teaser sees her put in

stressful

situations and shows how she copes with it. ‘Raahu’ will see music by Praveen Lakkaraju and cinematography by Suresh Ragutu, Eshwar Yellumahanthi.
