Puri Jagannadh’s podcasts, known as Puri Musings, seem to have caught the fancy of the film fraternity.
He has been receiving good response from various Tollywood directors who show their love on social media. Puri has been making podcasts on various topics like friends, family, relationships, money, trees and even dogs. Known for his massy dialogues, he has been showing off his lesser-known philosophical side through these podcasts.

director Deva Katta took to social media and wrote, “Listened to all these precisely cut, witty & unequivocal wisdom gems! Thanking him Puri wrote, “Sir I’m so glad you are enjoying it.. few more to come . Hope you Lov it.” (sic)

Gopichand Malineni too lauded Puri’s efforts in putting these podcasts out and wrote, “Dear @purijagan listening ur words I feel like U are true in all the aspects ..u r like a brother,friend,teacher ,advisor and a great philosopher..love u sir .prathi okkaru tappakunda vinnadi” (sic) (Everybody, please do listen).
Puri replied, “Gopi love youuuu for this. Thank u somuch ..So happy hearing compliments from you.” (sic)
Puri Jagannadh is currently directing a pan-Indian film with
Vijay Devarakonda
and
Ananya Pandey
which is tentatively titled as Fighter. The film will mark the
Bollywood
actress’ Tollywood debut. A major part of the film was shot in Mumbai, shoot was halted due to the coronavirus pandemic.
