Pullela Gopichand, Sharwanand and Sekhar Kammula to attend Naga Shaurya and Ketika Sharma’s Lakshya pre-release event

Badminton coach Pullela Gopichand will attend the pre-release event of Naga Shaurya and Ketika Sharma starrer Lakshya as a chief guest.

The makers of the film took to social media to announce that a grand event has been planned on December 5. And not just Gopichand, actor Sharwanand and Love Story director Sekhar Kammula have also been roped in as chief guests. The makers wrote on social media, “All set for the Grand Pre Release Event of #Lakshya on Dec 5th! Our Lovable Guests #PullelaGopichand @ImSharwanand & @sekharkammula. (sic)”


Naga Shaurya plays the role of an archer in the film and fans wait to see his transformation on-screen. The film is touted to be the first film that explores ancient archery. The actor transformed himself physically for the role, hitting the gym for his lean look, apart from growing his hair for the man-bun.

Dheerendra Santossh Jagarlapudi

has directed the action entertainer which also sees Jagapathi Babu in a key role. Kaala Bhairava has composed the tunes for the flick that’s hitting screens on December 12.

Naga Shaurya will also soon be seen in a film directed by Aneesh Krishna with Shirley Setia as his co-star. He was last seen in Lakshmi Sowjanya's Varudu Kavalenu with Ritu Varma.
