Producer says Prabhas starrer 'Salaar Part 1: The Ceasefire' postponed due to THIS astrological reason

‘Salaar Part 1: The Ceasefire’ is Tollywood's much-anticipated film from the director of the blockbuster hit KGF. The expected comeback of Prabhas after Baahubali is also adding extra anticipation to this movie.
Fans became disheartened after a certain point when the team deliberately postponed the movie release and lacked a proper trailer or teaser for a long time. Now, the producer has revealed the reason behind the postponement of the movie.

In an interview with Bollywood media, Vijay Kiragandur said that there is some astrological reason behind the postponement of ‘Salaar’ to December 22.

He admitted that even though this movie is going to clash with ‘Dunki’ and ‘Aquaman’ at the box office, they care much about the astrological reason.


He further added that a lot of pending work contributed to the reason for its postponement from September 28 to December 22.

The team tried to find some dates until May 2024, and suddenly they found December as a great time to release, focusing on the Christmas - New Year box office fan fights.

The movie recently received an A certification, and the trailer garnered much attention. The movie directed by Prashanth Neel stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Bobby Simha, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, and Ramachandra Raju.
