Priyanka Chopra's father Ashok Chopra died

Priyanka Chopra's father Dr Ashok Chopra died on Monday (June 10) at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital in Mumbai suburban after a prolonged illness.
Ashok had been battling with cancer since a long time and his condition deteriorated over the last couple of days and breathed his last today. Priyanka had been accompanying her father after he was critically ill for the last few days and the actress kept aside all her filmi assignments.Dr Chopra, a former physician in the Indian Army, accompanied Priyanka to Vancouver for the TOIFA Awards earlier this year.
Priyanka Chopra's Bollywood colleagues have already expressed their condolences after hearing Ashok Chopra's death news.
