TV film titled Vincente Ferrer kept making rounds in which she’s seen dressed in a langa voni and speaking in Telugu. As the film is set in

Anantapur

in AP and sees the story of a man who decides to uplift the Dalits in the area, the actress played the role of Shamia, a woman of Indian origins in the film, despite being Spanish herself.

But meme pages have pointed out that many don’t know that while people were busy noticing Alba Flores, they missed out on the fact that Priyadarshi and the late John Kottoly acted in the film too! Priyadarshi shared one such meme on social media which states, “People are busy noticing Alba Flores (Nairobi) in Vincente Ferrer. But there are two other actors Priyadarshe and late John Kottoly at starting of the film, played role of reporter.” (sic)


Sharing the post, the Loser actor wrote, “#MISSYOUJOHN” (sic) Priyadarshi and John Kottoly worked together in Chronicles of the Caste Free, Chapter 1. Sharing a poster of both of them in 2016, Priyadarshi had written in an old post, “Every story has an other side. Raghu Mandaati presented a balanced perspective with a strong story written by #AllamVamsi titled "Miracle". Mahesh Kathi deserves a special mention for conceiving and executing the first chapter of "Chronicles of the Caste Free" It has been great learning expereice with the whole team especially with my brother John Kottoly. Take a Look!” (sic)
