Priyadarshi and Ananya's 'Mallesham' World Cup promo is hilarious!

Raj R’s Padma Shri Chintakindi Mallesham's biopic ‘Mallesham’ starring Priyadarshi and Ananya in lead roles is all set to hit screens tomorrow.
What with World Cup fever all in full swing, the lead actors recently participated in a promotional video titled – 7 Shades of #Mallesham and #Padma Watching Cricket. The 7-minute-10-seconds long video sees the lead actors munch on chips and watch a cricket match.The video is a relatable one, showcasing how many fans are sentimental off-screen, believing it gives them some kind of control of the match.
The duo looks super adorable showcasing how frustrating it is to have the remote snatched during a match, fans being obsessed with betting, waiting for someone to give them cricket updates when there’s a power cut in their home, the over-enthusiasm of fans, how they even make excuses to not meet friends and wear jerseys to weddings too. There’s even a joke thrown in of how the players are swimming in the stadium instead of playing the match, thanks to the rain.

‘Mallesham’ features music by Mark K Robin and cinematography by Balu Sandilyasa. With the film having received stupendous response during the previews, expectations are high on this one.
