The Darling Prabhas will be next seen in the upcoming horror-comedy film, 'The Raja Saab'. Directed by Maruthi, recently, the rumours around the film suggested that the teaser would be released either on Christmas or New Year. However, the makers released an official announcement regarding it.
On social media, the makers shared the official statement requesting not to believe any false rumours being circulated regarding the teaser release. They mentioned that the updates will be officially announced at the right time. They also shared that the film is currently in the production and post-production phase, with 80% of the shoot having been completed.
The official statement reads, "#TheRajaSaab shooting is progressing rapidly with continuous day and night schedules. Nearly 80% of the shoot has been completed, and post production work is in full swing We’ve noticed various speculations circulating about the teaser release during Christmas or New Year. We kindly request you not to believe these false rumors. We will officially announce any updates at the right time. Bringing nothing short of a whistling treat for Rebel Saab arrival. Teaser is coming soon to leave you spellbound."
Recent reports suggested that Prabhas had suffered an ankle injury during the shoot of another film, and due to it 'The Raja Saab' shoot is also being delayed. There's speculation in the air that the film will be the horror-comedy's release date will be pushed ahead. Currently, the film is set to release on April 25, 2025.
Fans are highly excited about this upcoming film, as it has been a while since they got to see their Darling in a comedy-drama role rather than his recent larger-than-life roles in the film like, 'Salaar' and 'Kalki 2898 AD', 'Baahubali' and others.
