Sandeep Reddy Vanga have joined hands for the much-awaited cop action drama film 'Spirit,' and since its announcement, there has been a huge buzz among the fans to know about the film.
According to a report by Pinkvilla, 'Spirit' is scheduled to begin filming in May 2025, with pre-production currently in full swing. As per the report, Sandeep Reddy Vanga has nearly completed the writing process for 'Spirit' and is preparing to bring this action-packed thriller to life. The film aims to reinvent the cop genre, featuring a unique storytelling approach centered around a cat-and-mouse chase. The director intends to create one of the most commercially successful films of his career with this project.
Prabhas will portray an honest yet complex cop and is committed to transforming his physique for the role. He has already begun training to achieve the lean look required for his character. The film will kick off its journey in Hyderabad, with additional shooting schedules planned both in India and abroad.
It is reported that Prabhas has given multiple dates for 'Spirit' starting from May 2025.
'Spirit' is expected to hit theaters in the second half of 2026, making it one of the most awaited films in
Indian cinema. This project marks the third collaboration between Sandeep Reddy Vanga and producer
Bhushan Kumar, following their successful ventures with 'Kabir Singh' and 'Animal.'.
The film is set to be shot over a year with a cast to be assembled.
After wrapping up 'Spirit,' Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Bhushan Kumar are slated to work on another project titled 'Animal Park,' featuring Ranbir Kapoor, which is expected to begin filming by 2027.
