Prabhas and Pooja Hegde’s Radhe Shyam trailer hits Metaverse

For the first time in Indian cinema, the trailer a Telugu film has been launched in the much-discussed Metaverse, an augmented reality virtual platform.
The makers of Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer Radhe Shyam, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, released the trailer on the platform as the film gears up for release on March 11. The director took to social media to share the news, writing, “"#RadheShyam makes history, redefines the future! For the first time ever in the world, a film's trailer is all set to be launched in the metaverse! Join us today at 3 PM to be a part of history! #RadheShyamOnMetaverse #RadheShyamReleaseTrailer.(sic)”

The makers have already kick-started promotions for the film in Mumbai and the team will travel across the country to promote it. Radhe Shyam is touted to be an intense love story set in Europe. After a series of action flicks, this one will mark the return of Prabhas to love stories. He plays a palmist called Vikramaditya while Pooja plays his lady love called Prerna. The trailer already released on YouTube, getting fans excited for the film’s release. Actress Bhagyashree will be making a comeback to cinema with this film which will see Krishnam Raju in a key role.
