Prabhas 20: Cast-list revealed by makers of Prabhas and Pooja Hegde's next

of Radha Krishna Kumar’s Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer

will be released on July 10.

Fans were immediately excited by the fact that they will finally catch a glimpse of their favourite star and maybe even learn the title of the film that was previously titled

Jaan

. But with the Telugu remake of 96 titled Jaanu, the filmmakers let go of the title. #Prabhas20 is touted to be a period film and a romantic drama, shoot for which was in progress in

Georgia

when the lockdown forced the schedule to halt midway and the actors to return back to India. While fans were excited about the latest announcement, what they didn’t notice is that the production house has also revealed the cast-list of the film.

While it’s known news that Bhagyashree will star in the film, possibly as Prabhas’ mother, even if the actress has refused to reveal anything about her character, #Prabhas20 boasts of an extensive

cast list

. The film will also see Priyadarshi, something which was also known as the actor was also at Georgia for the schedule. Apart from these two, #Prabhas20 sees Sachin Khedekar, Murli Sharma, Sasha Chettri, Kunaal Roy Kapur and Sathyan in key roles.

Sachin Khedekar was last seen in Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo while Murli Sharma is a known face in the Telugu film industry. Model Sasha Chettri was last seen in Operation Gold Fish, which was her debut film in Telugu while Tamil comedian Sathyan was seen in Bheeshma. What’s interesting is that the film stars Kunaal from Bollywood, brother of Siddharth Roy Kapur and Aditya Roy Kapur, known for his role in films like Delhi Belly, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Kaalakaandi and more.


#Prabhas20 will hit screens not just in Telugu, but also in Tamil, Malayalam and

Hindi

. Fans of Kannada cinema left comments under the production house’s post wondering why the film wasn’t being dubbed into Kannada too. While Manoj Paramahamsa has been revealed as the cinematographer, the team has not yet revealed who will compose music for the film. Further details are awaited.
