Popular music composer Raghu Kunche turns into an antagonist for ‘Palasa 1978’

After proving his mettle as a singer, music composer, host and an occasional actor, noted film personality Raghu Kunche is all set to test his waters as an antagonist in the upcoming romantic crime-thriller ‘Palasa 1978’. Starring Rakshith and Nakshatra in lead roles, the intriguing first look poster of the film managed to grab many eye-balls in the Telugu states.Directed by newcomer Karuna Kumar, ‘Palasa 1978’ revolves around a love story set against the backdrop of Palasa region in the 1970s.
According to reports, the caste differences will be the core conflict point in the film. Meanwhile, Raghu Kunche’s baddie avatar carries throughout the film and the popular playback singer will be seen in four different age-groups (30-40-50-70). Some exclusive stills of Raghu have just been released by the makers and boy, he seems to have nailed it in both the menacing look and negative traits.

Besides starring as the villain, Raghu Kunche is also composing the music for ‘Palasa 1978’. According to the talented musician, during the music sittings of the film, debutante director Karuna Kumar felt that he would perfectly suit the role with ease. While the entire shoot has already been wrapped up, the post-production formalities are in full swing.
