Amitabh Bachchan playing an important cameo. However, a picture of Bachchan sporting a fully-grown beard has now gone viral on social media platforms. According to reports, the veteran actor has joined the sets in Hyderabad and has given a three-day call sheet.
‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ is one of the biggest Telugu films in production. The period drama will chronicle the life of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, a freedom fighter from Rayalaseema, who fought against the British army. Produced by

, the film will see Chiranjeevi essaying the titular role. To be made on a lavish budget, the film stars Nayanthara, Jagapathi Babu, Vijay Sethupathi and Sudeep in prominent roles. AR Rahman was supposed to compose the music. However, he backed out due to unknown reasons. The much-awaited film is expected to release next year.
After a 10-year hiatus, Chiranjeevi made a striking comeback in 2016 with ‘Khaidi No 150’, a remake of Tamil film ‘Kaththi’. The film opened to rave reviews and became highly successful at the box-office.
