One of Telugu cinema’s biggest stars, Ram Charan, turned 33 on Tuesday. Interestingly, the ‘Magadheera’ actor rang in with his birthday with none other than
Amitabh Bachchan. Yes, you read that right! The Shahenshah of Bollywood, who is reportedly in Hyderabad to shoot for ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’, met
Ram Charan on his birthday and presented him a rose.
An elated Ram took to his Facebook page to share the pictures with the ‘Piku’ star.
He wrote, “Couldn't have asked for a better gift today.. The #Shahenshah #Legend#BigB entering the sets of #SyeRaa tomorrow.”
Notably, Ram Charan shares a good rapport with the legendary actor. In fact, he made his Bollywood debut with ‘Zanjeer’ in 2013, which was a remake of the Amitabh Bachchan starrer.
Amidst health rumours, Amitabh finally joined the sets and has reportedly given a three-day call sheet for ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’. The film, which chronicles the life of a freedom fighter, will have Big B making an important cameo. Produced by Ram Charan’s Konidela Production Company, the film is being made on a huge budget and is expected to release next year on Sankranti.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan awaits the release of his rural entertainer ‘Rangasthalam’, directed by Sukumar. Also starring
Samantha Akkineni in the lead, the film is slated to release on March 30.
