Pawan Kalyan’s ex-wife Renu Desai calls him a 'caring' father to Akira Nandan and Aadhya: ‘I never said no to him…’

Renu Desai, actress and former wife of actor Pawan Kalyan, recently opened up about her life after their separation and the social media trolling she faced. Renu spoke about her children, Akira Nandan and Aadhya, and how they still share a special bond with Pawan, often accompanying him wherever he goes.

In a recent podcast with Nikhil Vijayendra Simha, Renu offered candid insights into her personal life, spiritual discussions at home, and her thoughts on broader issues such as politics and the environment. She revealed that her son, Akira Nandan, has been showing a growing interest in spirituality. She recalled how he had recently informed her about his father's plans to visit Prayagraj for the Kumbh Mela. Encouraging the bond between father and son, she recounted telling Akira, “Then I said that you should also go with your father, and your journey will be smooth.”



She further spoke about Pawan Kalyan's recent visits to temples in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, and her unwavering support for her son accompanying him. “The reason for that is that Pawan Kalyan is a good father. He treats his children with great love and care. That is why I never said no to him going to his father. I will always say yes,” she expressed, underlining her respect for Pawan’s parenting. Renu also emphasised the importance of family connections, stating, “I want my children and their father to always be together.”

She also touched upon the possibility of a political future for herself, hinting that her astrological chart suggests a political path.

Renu and Pawan had their first child, Akira Nandan, in 2004, and their second child, Aadhya, in 2010. In 2011, they decided to part ways.

Pawan married Anna in 2013, and they have two children – Mark Shankar Pawanovich and Polena Anjana Pawanova.
