Tollywood superstar Jr NTR, known for his role in the global hit 'RRR', has recently been making headlines not just for his work but also for his close friendship with Sandalwood’s top directors, Prashanth Neel and Rishab Shetty. Their bond is setting major friendship goals, as the trio has been spotted spending quality time together, visiting temples and even a natural cave to offer their prayers.
The occasion that brought this crew together seems to be Jr NTR’s heartfelt birthday surprise for his mother, Shalini. To make her day special, he decided to take her on a spiritual journey. Last week, Jr NTR, along with his mother and wife, Lakshmi Pranathi, landed at Mangalore airport. They visited several temples, including the Udupi Sri Krishna temple, the Keshavanatheshwara temple, and the famous Mookambika temple, offering prayers and seeking blessings.
As per a 123Telugu photos from their time together, including a picture of them relaxing at a hill station, have recently surfaced online, further delighting fans. The highlight of their trip has been the deep connection they’ve shown not only with each other but with the serene nature that surrounds them.
On the work front, Jr NTR, fresh from wrapping up his latest film 'Devara: Part 1', is now focused on two major upcoming projects. He is set to make his Bollywood debut in 'War 2', where he is expected to play the main villain opposite Hrithik Roshan.
Additionally, he is also collaborating with Prashanth Neel for a high-octane action drama, currently referred to as 'NTRNEEL' or rumoured to be called, 'Dragon'. The film is expected to go on the floors soon.
There has also been talk in the industry about potential collaborations between these stars, especially with NTR hinting at his interest in working on the prequel of the popular film 'Kantara' which was directed by Rishab Shetty.
