Nithya Menen to romance Pawan Kalyan in Telugu remake of Ayyapanum Koshiyum

It's official. Nithya Menen is all set to return to Telugu cinema with a big multi-starrer project starring Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati. The film, which is being directed by Saagar K Chandra, is the Telugu remake of acclaimed Malayalam action-drama Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Although details of her character aren't revealed, Nithya is set to be playing Pawan Kalyan's wife in the film.
"The makers wanted an established actress for this role and felt that Nithya was perfect for this part. When they approached her, she loved it and agreed to sign the project immediately. Nithya's presence will further enhance an already star-studded cast," shares a source from the film's unit.

"The crew has arrived in Hyderabad and shooting will commence in the first week of August. If everything goes smoothly and if the COVID-19 situation is under control, the makers are looking at an early 2022 release," the source added.
