Nithiin's 'Thammudu' wraps up climax shoot: reports

Actor Nithiin is gearing up for an exciting year with two upcoming releases, 'Robinhood' and 'Thammudu'. After a brief break from the big screen, Nithiin's fans are eagerly anticipating these films, especially following his last theatrical release, 'Extra Ordinary Man', in December 2023.

As per a 123Telugu report, Nithiin's upcoming film, 'Thammudu', is nearing completion. The film has been in production without breaks, even during the festival season, showcasing the dedication of the cast and crew. Currently, they are filming the climax sequence. 'Thammudu' marks the Tollywood debut of Sapthami Gowda, known for her role in 'Kantara', who plays a lead role alongside Nithiin. Former actress Laya will also appear in a crucial role.

The movie is directed by Venu Sriram, known for his successful films like 'MCA' and 'Vakeel Saab'. The film's music is composed by Ajaneesh Loknath, adding to the anticipation surrounding its launch. The movie is set to hit theatres on Maha Shivaratri in 2025, making it a highly awaited event for fans.

On the other hand, the makers of 'Robinhood' recently announced that the film will be released in theatres on March 28, 2025. This action-packed film, directed by Venky Kudumula, which is expected to be a thrilling experience and features Sreeleela as the female lead who recently seen in 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' song Kissik. The film's storyline revolves around a heist, as seen in the teaser shared earlier. This concept plays on the Indian national pledge where a thief believes he has the right to take money from the rich, viewing them as his brothers and sisters.
