'Robinhood', featuring Nithiin and Sreeleela, is scheduled to release on December 25, 2024. Alongside, this year's one of the most anticipated films, 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' starring Allu Arjun, is also set to hit theaters on December 5, 2024, and the promotional activities for both films are in order. Both films are produced by the same production house.
Recently, during an event of the Nithiin film, the 'Robinhood' makers held a press meet in Hyderabad to promote their film. Nithiin, Sreeleela, and director Venky Kudumula attended the event, but much of the media attention was diverted towards 'Pushpa 2'.
As per a Gulte report, the team was primarily asked questions about Allu Arjun's film rather than focusing on 'Robinhood', which made Nithiin uncomfortable. Despite this, he handled the situation with grace, answered only a few questions related to his own film.
However, Nithiin expressed confidence in 'Robinhood', stating that he believes it will be a blockbuster this Christmas. He stated that the film has all the elements needed for success at the box office.
Sreeleela has become a part of the 'Pushpa' franchise after featuring in a special song in the film named 'Kissak'.
While 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' continues to dominate headlines with its grand promotional events planned in multiple cities, including Patna, Chennai, Kochi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, the team behind 'Robinhood' remains hopeful that their film will also capture audience attention during this busy holiday season.
The teaser released earlier gave a glimpse of the film 'Robinhood', where he is seen as a thief and has his own motto, which loosely translates to "Citizens of this country are my family. The rich are my brothers and sisters. But when I dip into their money in need, they file cases on me." More details related to the story are awaited.
