Nayanthara is not doing Dirty Picture remake

The last few rumor mills in Tollywood were abuzz with reports of Nayathara being offered a fortune to play the lead in the South remake of the Vidya Balan starrer Dirty Picture. It was reported that producers had approached Nayanthara to star in the remake, but looks like it was another f aux pass. The actress decided to put an end to the rumors herself. "For the record nobody has approached me with the proposal to star in the remake of Dirty Picture.I don't know where these rumors are coming from. In any case I would not do something like that as I am not comfortable with playing such a bold character on screen,"Nayanthara was quoted as saying to a Chennai based TV channel. Hopefully that would put the speculations to rest once and for all.
