National-award winning Keerthy Suresh turns into ‘Miss India’! Title teaser released

Talented beauty Keerthy Suresh managed to bag solid critical acclaim and fantastic commercial reception for her brilliant portrayal as Savitri in the yesteryear heroine’s biopic titled Mahanati. The Nag Ashwin directorial also fetched her, the Best Actress trophy at the recently announced 66th National Film awards. It’s already evident that the 26-year-old actress has okayed a female-centric project directed by debutante Narendra Nath.The shooting of the film is almost wrapped up and the makers have just unveiled the title teaser.
Titled Miss India, the 52-second clip kicked-off with the lines “In 2018, you saw her as Mahanati. In 2019, she is Miss India.” After undergoing a stunning body transformation by getting rid of all those extra kilos, Keerthy Suresh is looking drop-dead gorgeous in the film. She appears to be perfect both as a model and a traditional woman. The movie also has a California backdrop.
Despite being flooded with several offers, the leggy lass opted for Miss India as she was mighty impressed by Narendra Nath’s script. Bankrolled by ‘118’ fame Mahesh Koneru under East Coast Productions, the SS Thaman musical features Naveen Chandra and Jagapathi Babu in key roles.
