Nani’s ‘Jersey’ gearing up for a release in China - deets inside

Post the glorious run at the box-office with successive super-hits, Natural Star Nani had a mixed 2018 with average grossers like ‘Krishnarjuna Yudham’ and ‘Devadas’. The 34-year-old talented actor has wrapped up his upcoming sports-drama ‘Jersey’ directed by Gautam Tinnanuri of ‘Malli Raava’ fame. Along with the first look posters and songs, the teaser of the film managed to garner a huge response from the netizens.While the stage is set for its massive release on April 19th, the team of Jersey have recently interacted with the media.
As told by Nani, the makers are planning to take the film into the international market especially to countries like China where Indian films have been performing extremely well. “Global audience prefer to watch sports-dramas and films that are emotionally high on content. So, we are considering dubbing the film once the original version releases.”
The 35-year-old actor stated that he is super-confident on ‘Jersey’ and was moved to tears after watching it. While Kannada actress Shraddha Srinath essayed the heroine’s role, Tamil musician Anirudh Ravichander has composed the tunes.
