Riding on huge hype and expectations, Jersey was released on April 19 across the globe and received superb response everywhere. The film garnered positive talk from the audience and the word of mouth helped it remained strong at the ticket counters around the world.

. Suryadevara Naga Vamsi has backed the project under Sithara Entertainments banner. Besides Nani, the film also featured Shraddha Srinath, Harish Kalyan, Viswant Duddumpudi, Sanusha, Sathyaraj, Sampath Raj, Shishir Sharma, Praveen, Jayaprakash, Rao Ramesh and Brahmaji.
