Nani signs Band Baaja Baaraat remake

The movie will mark YRF production���s debut in the South.
Marriage seems to be doing wonders for Tollywood actor Nani, who now has three back-to-back releases lined up ��� Paisa, Yeto Velipoindhi Manasu and Janda Pai Kapiraju. But, what���s more exciting is that after much speculation, the actor has officially signed a film for Yashraj Films which is all set to make a production foray into the South Indian industry.And Nani, who will be the first South hero in YRF���s new journey, will star in the Tamil/Telugu remake of the popular Bollywood hit Band Baaja Baaraat that starred Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh.
Nani, who���s currently shooting in Dubai for Krishna Vamshi���s film, confirms the news and says, ���I think marriage is really doing wonders for me. I���m thrilled that I signed this film... it���s an honour to be a part of such a big project with a prestigious banner. I���m looking forward to it.���
The spokesperson of the actor, told us, ���He signed on the dotted line on Monday and the shooting of the film is expected to start early in 2013. However, for the female lead, talks are on and a top Bollywood actress might be roped in.���
