Nani, Priyanka Arul Mohan, and family seek blessings at Tirumala ahead of 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' release

Nani’s much-anticipated action drama, 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram', directed by Vivek Athreya, is all set to release on August 29, 2024. The film is creating quite a buzz, as part of the pre-release activities, Nani, along with his wife, Anjana Yelavarthy, and son, Arjun, recently visited the famous Tirumala Tirupati temple in Andhra Pradesh.

The family made the trip to seek the blessings of Lord Venkateshwara. Joining them on this spiritual journey was Priyanka Arul Mohan, the lead actress of 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram'. The group was seen in traditional attire, and the pictures were shared by the filmmakers on social media.

The temple visit drew a large crowd of fans who were thrilled to catch a glimpse of the star. Nani’s popularity was evident as a throng of well-wishers gathered to see him, hoping for a moment in the same frame as the "Natural Star."

'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' is an action-packed drama that features Nani, SJ Suryah, and Priyanka Arul Mohan in the lead roles. It also marks the second time Nani and director Vivek Athreya have teamed up after the success of 'Ante Sundaraniki'.

The story revolves around a character named Surya, portrayed by Nani, who has an unusual trait that he reserves his anger for Saturdays. This peculiar behaviour is rooted in a promise he made to his mother, forming the crux of the film's plot. To ensure clarity across different regions, the film has been titled 'Surya’s Saturday' in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
