Nani Hints at sequel for the upcoming action-drama 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram'

Natural Star Nani will be seen on the big screens in his upcoming action-drama 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram', which will hit theatres worldwide on August 29. Directed by Vivek Athreya, the movie includes Priyanka Mohan and SJ Suryah in the lead.

As per a 123Telugu report, Nani shed light on the film's potential future. He hinted that 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' could be the beginning of a franchise, as the story has room for expansion. He mentioned that if the movie performs well and becomes a blockbuster, the team would consider making a sequel.

'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' is an action-packed drama that is likely to portray two very different avatars that is a timid man and an angry young man. The film's unique concept revolves around Nani's character, who experiences uncontrollable anger specifically on Saturdays.

The film will be released in multiple languages, catering to a broad audience. While it will debut as 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' in Telugu, it will be titled 'Surya’s Saturdays' in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

This project also marks the second collaboration between Nani and director Vivek Athreya. The makers have been aggressively promoting the film with multiple events and interviews.
