Namrata Shirodkar walks the ramp

Those who say fashion and dance on the ramp are not a good combination, should have witnessed this show. Recently, the city���s fash fraternity and swish set headed to an upmarket hotel in the city and get a dekko of some haute couture. The fashion sequences kick-started with models showcasing some striking outfits which was followed by a contemporary dance performance.
Moving to the sounds of temple bells, rain drops and drums, the dancers had the crowd mesmerised, putting up a splendid performance. Showstopper for the evening, Namrata Shirodkar, looked resplendent in her cream ghagra, which earned her several compliments. Guests spent the rest of the evening chatting with one another and gorging on an array of tapas.
