Nagarjuna

shared a video of him from the 2003 hit Shivamani, a scene where he plays a hot-headed cop who warns all the gangsters of Poorna Market in Vizag to end their illegal dealings. Artist

Bhavani Srinivas

mimicked the scene, replacing the dialogue with Nagarjuna’s character instead asking everyone to wear masks and follow social distancing in order to avoid the virus from spreading.

Sharing the video, Nagarjuna wrote, “If I did the movie Shivamani now,@purijagan s dialogues would be somewhat like this in #CoronavirusCrisis”. Nagarjuna’s character in Puri Jagannadh’s Shivamani was the most-talked about character when the film released. His dialogue ‘Na peru Shivamani, nakkonchem mental’ was all the rage in the early 2000s.
