Akhil Akkineni shared the celebration pictures on social media to show their commitment, zeal and lover for each other. Now that's true love.
Akhil took to twitter and shared the photos. He tweeted, “Winding down with the lovebirds and the rest of the family. Happy anniversary to my dear parents who I love so much. What a love story”.
While the couple celebrated their 25th anniversary yesterday, fans of the Akkineni family reminisced the stunning details of their wedding. 11 June 1992, was the day that Nagarjuna and Amala put their love on top and officially became Mr and Mrs Akkineni Nagarjuna in a grand ceremony. Before marriage, they also appeared in several films such as ‘Prema Yuddham’, ‘Kirayi Dada’, ‘
Siva’, and ‘Nirnayam’. They met on the sets of Ram Gopal Varma directorial ‘Siva’ in 1989.
After marriage, Amala took a backseat in her film career and became busy with growing her kids. In 2012, she came back to the stage with Sekhar Kammula directorial ‘Life is Beautiful’ in which she played the mother's character. Meanwhile, Nagarjuna has joined hands with Nani in Sriram Adittya's multi-starrer film.
