Naga Chaitanya and Rashmika Mandanna for Parasuram’s “Nageswara Rao”?

A couple of months ago, Naga Chaitanya officially announced that he will be teaming up with ‘Geetha Govindam’ director Parasuram for an untitled project which will be bankrolled by 14 Reels Productions. Speculations also went rife that this crazy combination is for the Telugu remake of Bollywood superhit film Chhichhore. However, there is no update or confirmation on this news.
Touted to be a light-hearted entertainer, the shooting of the film is expected to commence from May 2020 and the pre-production formalities are already in full swing.Ravishing beauty Rashmika Mandanna is reportedly roped in as the leading lady to romance Naga Chaitanya.
According to reports, the makers have recently registered the title of “Nageswara Rao” at the Film Chambers. Grapevine suggests that both the protagonist and director Parasuram are charging a hefty remuneration for the film.
At present, Naga Chaitanya is shooting for Sekhar Kammula’s Love Story opposite the gorgeous Sai Pallavi. Besides a Kollywood project opposite Karthi, Rashmika is prepping up to romance Allu Arjun in Sukumar’s untitled project. She has already worked with Parasuram for Geetha Govindam.
