Mrunal Thakur shares Adivi Sesh starrer ‘Dacoit’ BTS; calls trailer response ‘overwhelming’ ahead of release

With ‘Dacoit’ set to release this weekend, Mrunal Thakur, who stars opposite Adivi Sesh in the film, took to her social media handle to share some behind-the-scenes pictures from the set after the makers released the trailer of the film and went on to share her gratitude for the trailer’s reception.Mrunal Thakur on her Instagram page shared behind-the-scenes pictures from the set of ‘Dacoit’, which show her in the middle of a scene, clicks with her team and members present on the set, as well as some snaps with her at the driver’s seat. In some of the pictures, she can be seen in saare donning her Juliet look. Another shows her an intense look, carrying a handgun. Sharing the pictures, she wrote, “Grateful beyond words for all the love and appreciation you’ve shown for the Dacoit Trailer…. Ufff the countdown to the film release officially starts now.”Fans quickly reacted to her post. Speaking about the film, directed by Shaneil Deo, the film stars Adivi Sesh named Hari who is sent to jail even though he is innocent. After he escapes, he comes back with anger. Someone he trusted betrayed him. That moment changed his life. Hari wants revenge on his ex-girlfriend Juliet, played by Mrunal Thakur. The film shows his pain, his past, and his fight.The movie will release worldwide on April 10, 2026.
