Mohan Babu to play a crucial role in Suriya’s next

Tollywood’s ace actor Mohan Babu was last seen in ‘Gayatri’, in which he had a dual role and Shriya Saran, Vishnu Manchu, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Nikhila Vimal, Raja Ravindra, Posani Krishna Murali were among others in the star cast. The film was directed by award-winning director RR Madan and produced by Mohan Babu himself.
Now, the actor will reportedly be seen in a crucial role in Tamil superstar Suriya’s next, which is being directed by Sudha Kongara of ‘Guru’ fame.Sources close to us have revealed that he has given his nod to do the film. He loved his role and reportedly signed the film on spot. The official announcement regarding the same will be made soon.
Tentatively called 'Suriya 38', the film will reportedly be a biopic based on the life of Indian entrepreneur GR Gopinath, a retired Indian army captain and founder of Air Deccan. Oscar-winning producer Guneet Monga is on board to co-produce the flick. The movie is expected to go on floors soon after Suriya wraps up current assignments. In the meantime, Suriya is currently awaiting the release of his political entertainer 'NGK' directed by Selvaraghavan.
