Even after attaining stardom in Hindi cinema, Taapsee Pannu doesn’t shy away from taking on a role in a regional language. The actress, who will be seen in Swaroop RSJ’s
In Mishan Impossible, Taapsee will be seen as an investigative journalist, and says the uniqueness of her character convinced her to take it up. “It’s such a cool character, which is why I agreed to do the film even though I’m not playing the lead. Harsh Roshan, Bhanu Prakshan, Jayateertha Molugu are the youngest heroes I’ve ever worked with; they’re really great and enthusiastic. The story too is hilarious,” she adds.

Producer Anvesh Reddy is confident that the film will strike a chord with everyone. “It’s been a while since we have had a Telugu film headlined by child actors. Mishan Impossible is the perfect film to watch with your family on Ugadi,” he says.
While the process of zeroing in on the child actors was challenging, it was worth the effort, says co-producer NM Pasha. “We auditioned almost 400 children and conducted workshops for the ones who best suited the characters. They’ve all
performed exceedingly well,” he says.

So whenever there is a good script, I jump at the chance of acting in Telugu again.
