Mirai promo: Manchu Manoj plays the Black Sword

The upcoming Telugu fantasy film 'Mirai' stars Teja Sajja and Manchu Manoj in lead roles. Directed by Karthik Gattameni, the movie is produced by the People Media Factory, and the makers now took to social media to reveal Manchu Manoj's character from the film. Releasing a video promo, it has been revealed that Manchu Manoj is playing the character of the Black Sword in the film.

The story of the movie is said to be about the lead protagonist, who comes across a device that lets him travel to the future. While Teja Sajja plays the protagonist in the film, Manchu Manoj is said to play the antagonist in the movies. The makers also earlier revealed that Teja Sajja plays the character of Super Yodha in the film who fights against the eclipse to fall on Ashoka's Secret 9. The film takes place in the historical period of King Ashoka and how the Kalinga war takes place.

'Mirai' was launched on April 18, 2024 and the movie is set for its release on April 18, 2025, exactly a year from its launch.The film features Ritika Nayak as the female lead and the music for the movie is composed by Gowra Hari. The movie will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi and Chinese in 2D and 3D.
