The shelf life of films has fallen drastically after people stopped coming to theatres like before, Today even the biggest event film is falling flat after the first week if the movie content is not good based on its public talk, critics reviews and audience reception.
The recent youthful entertainer ‘Mem Famous’ which starred Sumanth Prabhas in his directional, acting debut was released on May 26th 2023. Within a week, the film appeared on the OTT platform and is now streaming on a popular digital OTT platform.
Sumanth Prabhas who started making short films and music videos made his feature film debut with 'Mem Famous' featuring him as the lead in it. Though Industry Big-wigs like SS.Rajamouli and others tweeted about this film, it started streaming on OTT platforms, providing an opportunity for those who missed the film in theatres.
The film featured Mani Aegurla, Mourya Chowdary, Saarya, Siri Raasi, Kiran Macha, Anji Mama, Narendra Ravi, Muralidhar Goud, and Shivan Nandan in the prominent roles, with Kalyan Nayakaing composing its music and soundtrack of the film.
While Shyam Dupati the cinematographer of this film is cut by Srujana Adusumilli.
