Meher Ramesh goes to Power Star

Meher Ramesh is one director, who has managed to bag the call sheets of top stars since the very beginning of his career, yet he failed to deliver a single hit till date. While Kantri and Billa turned out to be average grosser, his last two rekeases, Shakti and Shadow ended up as disasters.
Apparently, Meher was supposed to direct Raviteja's 'Power' post 'Shadow' under the Welfare Creations banner.However, the production house backed out after Shadow turned out to be a dud at the Box Office. Venky's stylish entertainer was declared as one of the worst films made in recent times. Despite spending a budget of over Rs 30 crore, Meher failed to deliver a decent product and the film literally sank at the BO.
With no one willing to work with him, the director seems to have knocked on the door of Pawan Kalyan, who happens to be his distant relative (cousin) only to find a breather. The Powerstar hasn't given his nod for the project, but asked the troubled filmmaker to come up with a bound script after listening to the plot line. We have to wait and watch to find out if Pawan will be another victim or Meher delivers his first big success!
