Mega Powerstar Ram Charan visits the sets of Chiranjeevi and Kajal Aggarwal starrer Acharya

On Sunday, Mega Powerstar Ram Charan visited the sets of Chiranjeevi and Kajal Aggarwal starrer Acharya and surprised the entire cast and crew. Sporting a sharp mustache for his next RRR where he plays Rama Raju, the actor looked dapper in a white shirt. The makers of Acharya have already confirmed that the Yevadu actor will play a crucial role alongside his father Chiranjeevi in the film.As the film resumed shooting recently, a few action scenes have already been shot.
In an earlier interview, director Koratala Siva spoke about the challenges of shooting in the new normal. He said, “We all are very much excited to start shooting after taking a long break. Shooting the film in the new normal feels different and in a way, it is good to shoot in such a protected environment. We took our time to get used to the new normal and when Chiranjeevi is on the sets, the energy is never down”.
Talking about working with Chiranjeevi in his next Acharya, the director said, “We all know that he is a Megastar but when you work with him, you will get to know why he is a Megastar. The man has crystal clear clarity about every shot and scene and has an amazing memory. It is very easy to work with such dedicated people as it makes work easy and gets you a great output. Acharya is going to be a treat for Megastar fans as Ram Charan is going to play a pivotal role in the film. It would be an opportunity of a lifetime for me to direct Chiranjeevi and Charan together and I cannot wait to direct them in a single frame”
Ram Charan is currently busy with his next RRR directed by SS Rajamouli where he plays the role of a freedom fighter Alluri Sitharama Raju. His co-star Jr NTR will be essaying the role of Komaram Bheem. Said to be a periodical patriotic film, fans already have high expectations from it after Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali became a cult film. Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt also joined the sets recently.
