She is best known for her roles in films such as Seetharamayya Gari Manavaralu, Chanti, Rajeswari Kalyanam, Sundarakanda, President Gari Pellam, Muta Mesthri, Abbaigaru, Bobbili Simham, to name a few. She recently made her debut on OTT platform with a web series which was received positive reviews from the audiences.
During an interview, Meena revealed that she wanted to play negative roles in films. She would love to play villainous roles if they will be intriguing and engaging. She opens to doing something unusual and is ready to break away from her bubbly and positive image in Tollywood.
Meena was last seen playing opposite Daggubati Venkatesh in Drushyam, which was a super hit. Also featuring Nadhiya, Naresh, Kruthika Jayakumar and Esther Anil, the suspense drama is a remake of Jeethu Joseph's 2013 Malayalam hit film Drishyam.
