Mayavan to release in Telugu as Project z

starring Sundeep Kishan and Lavanya Tripathi in the lead roles is releasing simultaneously in Telugu as Project z. The Telugu rights have been acquired by SK Kareemunissa and the censor formalities for Project Z have been completed recently. The film has been awarded a U/A certificate. , Project z is a thriller about a serial killer which has Daniel Balaji and Jackie Shroff in key roles. Ghibran has composed the music for the film. For the first time in her career, Lavanya Tripathi will be seen in the role of a psychiatrist. Speaking on the plot of the film, director CV Kumar says, “Mostly because small-budget films need a strong script to hold the audience for two hours. A thriller is generally a safe bet. Mayavan also has commercial aspects, with a small sci-fi slant to it. It isn’t dark.”
