According to the sources, the film’s shooting was postponed due to Prabhas’s other commitments and will now begin in August 2022. A few weeks ago, Twitterati was abuzz with the news regarding Prabhas’s upcoming film with director Maruthi will be launched by the end of May. Sources revealed that they were supposed to begin the shooting in June. But the latest report suggested that due to Prabhas's other commitments, the team will only be able to shoot in August. Sources close to the team confirm that the final script has been locked, and a massive house set is being built at the Aluminium Factory, where most of the film’s shoot is to happen. It is speculated that Prabhas will essay a typical role in the movie, which will have a witty characteristic. Krithi Shetty, Malavika Mohanan, and Sree Leela are the names speculated for the female lead alongside Prabhas. But it seems Malavika Mohanan has been finalised as the leading lady opposite Prabhas in the upcoming movie. DVV Danayya will be produced the film under the banner of DVV Entertainment.
