Manchu Manoj turns music composer for 'Basmati Blues'

Tollywood star Manchu Manoj just added one more feather to his cap. After choreographing stunts, penning lyrics and singing songs, Manoj has now donned the hat of a music composer.
In a surprise announcement, the actor revealed that he has turned music composer for the just released Hollywood film, ‘Basmati Blues’ that features sister Manchu Lakshmi. He has teamed up with his good friend and eminent music director Achu Rajamani and an American rock band, Pearl Jam, for the project.
Taking to Social media, he wrote: #BamsatiBlues is out in theatres and I am super excited to share this with you all! This is big as it happens to be my first movie as Music Director with @achurajamani and the great @PearlJam! Extra special indeed! (sic)
Directed by Danny Baron, ‘Basmati Blues’ is an American romantic musical film with Oscar winning actress Brie Larson in the lead. It also stars Utkarsh Ambudkar as the male lead and Scott Bakula, Donald Sutherland and Tyne Daly in supporting roles.
