‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’ OTT and satellite release details: Where will Chiranjeevi release post-theatrical run

Megastar Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara starrer ‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’ directed by Anil Ravipudi has hit the big screens today, January 12. It has been receiving positive reviews from the fans, with them especially prasing the the Telugu veterans for their comical screen presence, which fans have yearned to see.The film has had a solid start at the box office and seems like it has locked its OTT platform and television channel for its post-theatrical release.As per a report by Moneycontrol, ‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’, after its theatrical release, will be released on digital streaming platform ZEE5. Additionally, the satellite television rights have been acquired by Zee Telugu. Both deals are said to be closed at a good price due to the strong buzz around the film and Chiranjeevi’s box office appeal. The film is reported to arrive on the digital platform within four or six weeks of its theatrical release. Keeping that in mind, it is suggedted to to be released there sometime in mid or late February. Its release will further be affected by how the movie does in the theaters and for how long it can pull the audience. Speaking about the film, Chiranjeevi plays the role of Shankara Varaprasad, who is an NSG officer and female lead Nayanthara is seen as Sasirekha, who belongs to a wealthy family. It marks the first-ever collaboration with the reputed director Anil Ravipudi and the Megastar. Interestingly, the film also features Venkatesh Daggubati making a special appearance.Fans on social media have also applauded the director for the film’s family-friendly comedy. They also mentioned that Chiranjeevi owns the film with unmatched comedy, sarcasm, action and energy.The cast also includes Catherine Tresa, Sachin Khedekar, Sharat Saxena, Harsh Vardhan, and Abhinav Gomatham in key roles.
