Koteswara Rao is producing the film directed by Saideva Raman under Krishi Creations banner. Shweta Avasthi and Cairvee Thakkar play female leads in the romantic comedy. Suresh Babu, during the teaser launch, had added, “Malli Malli Chusa's teaser looks fresh and breezy. The content should hopefully connect well with youth. Hero Anurag Konidena’s screen presence is impressive. I wish the entire team all the very best.”

Director Saideva Raman had said, "Malli Malli Chusa is a beautiful love saga shot amid scenic locations.” Producer Koteswara Rao Konidena added, “Currently, post production works are underway. The film has come out really well. We will soon be releasing audio.” Hero Anurag shared, “I’m really happy to be introduced with a movie that's rich in content.” The film also stars ETV Prabhakar, TNR, Mirchi Kiran, Appaji, Bank Srinu, Madhumani, Pavani, Prabhavathi, Jayalakshmi, Ritu Chowdary among many.
