Makers of ‘Vishwambhara’ visit Chiranjeevi to congratulate the star on the Padma Vibhushan win

The 2024 Padma Awards were conferred on the eve of Republic Day, and Mega Star Chiranjeevi was conferred with the Padma Vibhushan, the second-highest civilian award. Wishes are pouring in for the superstar from all corners, and the makers of ‘Vishwambhara’ too congratulated him.
The makers of ‘Vishwambhara’ visited the star to wish him on the Padma Vibhushan honour.They spent some time with the star, and extended wishes on the prestigious recognition. The producers of ‘Vishwambhara’ shared the pictures of their visit on social media and captioned, “Team #Vishwambhara met MEGASTAR @KChiruTweets Garu and congratulated the legend for being conferred with the second-highest civilian award, 'PADMA VIBHUSHAN'.”

Helmed by Mallidi Vassishta, ‘Vishwambhara’ is an upcoming film featuring Chiranjeevi in the lead role. The film is said to be a socio-fantasy film, and the makers launched it with a muhuratam pooja ceremony on 23 October 2023 in Hyderabad.

Chiranjeevi was quite emotional after the announcement. In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), he said, “After hearing this news, I became speechless. I am really overwhelmed, humbled, and grateful. It is only the unconditional love of the audience, my friends, my blood brothers, and sisters. I owe this life and moment to you. I have always tried to express my gratitude in the ways I can. But, nothing can be ever enough. On-screen, in the last 45 years of my career, I have tried to entertain you with the best of my abilities. I tried to help the needy by taking part in relevant social and humanity causes.”
