It was ‘Anando Brahma’ and ‘Yatra’ director
Mahi V Raghav’s birthday on Tuesday, with many wishing him on social media.
While the director had previously hinted at a ‘Yatra 2’ outlining
YS Jagan’s story instead of his father’s, like in the previous film, and all set to release in 2022 or 2023, he announced a film in the nearer future yesterday. Sharing that the film will be titled ‘Syndicate’ he posted a note on his social media.
“The hardest task for me as a story teller is which story to tell – rather than how to tell it,” he wrote.
In the note, he goes on to underline that rather than box office trends, budgets, cast, it has always been his instinct that instead played a major part. “My next story will be an action drama titled Syndicate. Hope to see the story come to life from the script and on to the screen someday. Hopefully, that someday is soon.”
