Mahesh Babu’s unseen still from ‘Athidhi’ is going berserk on social media

Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu is currently shooting for his upcoming film ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ in Dubai and the makers are canning crucial portions at a local innovation centre as well as the town of Mleiha in Sharjah. On Tuesday, the official social media team of the actor shared an unseen still from his 2007 film ‘Athidhi’ and it went instantly viral on the internet.Draped in a grey shirt, black trousers and a black coat, the 45-year-old Prince can be seen holding a rifle and walking amid the smoke.

The concerned still is from the introduction song ‘Khabaddarani’ in Athidhi. While the foot-tapping number has been crooned by Naveen and Rahul, the lyrics are penned by Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry with music composed by Mani Sharma. Starring Bollywood bombshell Amrita Rao as the leading lady, the action thriller is directed by Surender Reddy and jointly bankrolled by Ronnie Screwvala, Siddharth Roy Kapoor and Ramesh Babu. Upon release with massive expectations, the film ended up as an average grosser at the box-office.
Meanwhile, Keerthy Suresh has jetted off back to Chennai after wrapping up her part in the first schedule of Sarkaru Vaari Paata. In the leaked picture which went immensely viral on social media, the 28-year-old diva can be seen draped in a pale pink saree and printed blouse with her hair replete with flowers. Directed by Parasuram of ‘Geetha Govindam’ fame, the action-entertainer reportedly revolves around the financial frauds in the banking sector and the protagonist will be seen in dual roles.
