Mahesh Babu, Rana Daggubati and Vijay Deverakonda all praise for Suhas' Writer Padmabhushan trailer

Debutant director Shanmukha Prashanth’s Suhas and Tina Shilparaj starrer Writer Padmabhushan’s trailer was released by the filmmakers on Friday.

Present at the event were celebs like Adivi Sesh and Harish Shankar, who were all praise for it. What’s more, Tollywood stars like Mahesh Babu, Vijay Deverakonda and Rana Daggubati also took to social media to wish the team good luck. They also called the trailer ‘fun,’ something that movie buffs also seem to agree with.


The trailer reveals the story of a middle-class youngster called Padmabhushan from Vijayawada. He dreams of becoming an acknowledged writer and finally publishes his first book, only for it to be a flop. When everyone disparages him from trying again, Tina’s character recognises him as a great write. But a twist in the tale brings trouble to their love story.

Writer Padmabhushan is slated for release on February 3. The film will see cinematography by Venkat R Shakamuri, apart from background score by Shekar Chandra and Kalyan Nayak. Suhas was last seen as the antagonist in Hit: The Second Case which saw Adivi Sesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary in the lead roles. His performance in the film was received well with fans comparing it to his role in the OTT release Family Drama. Further details are awaited.
