Director Sukumar celebrated his daughter Sukriti hitting puberty with friends and family at a star hotel in the city on Wednesday. The director and his wife Tabitha welcomed who’s who of Tollywood to attend the event and give their blessings to their daughter. Dressed in a glittery half-saree and posing with her parents, Sukriti looked happy as she posed with Tollywood celebs. Take a look at few of the celebs who attended the event:

Samantha Akkineni made a statement in an outfit that stood out from the rest. Dressed in a gold, sequinned top with sheer panelling and slit on the torso, paired with printed silk pants and a matching dupatta, the actress stole the show at the event. She paired the outfit with matching gold sandals and jewellery, with her red lip lending it a pop of colour. Chay went the opposite route and opted for a simple, yet stylish, blue button-down paired with denims.

Mahesh Babu made heads turn as he made a grand entry, all smiles and dressed in a black tee-shirt paired with denims. The actor kept a matching mask on and looked happy to be attending the event. Namrata Shirodkar looked resplendent in a red anarkali kurta paired with a gold dupatta and matching sandals. She sported her trademark eyeliner with her hair left loose and looked gorgeous despite the mask.

Jr NTR and his wife Lakshmi Pranathi made the rare appearance at Sukumar’s daughter’s half-saree function. Dressed in a white button-down paired with black pants, Tarak covered his beard with a mask and his curly hair was a dead giveaway. Pranathi looked stunning in a blue and silver kurta-pyjama set paired with beige flats. She too opted for a mask to ensure safety during the pandemic.

Sai Dharam Tej and Vaisshnav Tej also attended the event with their mom Vijaya Durga, who was dressed in red. Sai Dharam Tej opted for a traditional outfit and was spotted dressed in a white kurta, paired with black pants and sandals. Vaisshnav on the other hand opted for a black shirt, paired with grey trousers. Both the mama’s boys looked dapper as they posed with their mom for a few clicks.

Ram Pothineni sported a whole new look as he posed for a few clicks at the event. Dressed in a printed white shirt paired with grey trousers, he looked handsome as ever. His long hair and trimmed beard made us wonder if he was experimenting with looks or had changed it for his upcoming film.

Anupama opted for a traditional pattu saree and made her presence felt at Sukumar’s daughter’s half-saree function. The actress looked resplendent in a colourful saree paired with a fuchsia blouse. Her lovely curls, kohl-ed eyes and bright smile got all the attention though.

Also spotted at the event were other guests like SS Rajamouli, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Siva Balaji, Allu Sirish, Krithi Shetty, Navdeep and more. Navdeep looked comfy in a simple pink polo tee-shirt paired with grey pants while Allu Sirish looked buff and dapper in a classic white shirt paired with grey pants. Krithi looked gorgeous in a purple kurta paired with a net dupatta.

Newly-weds, singer Sunitha Upadrashta and her husband Ram looked happy together as they were spotted at the event. Sunitha opted for a traditional, pale pink saree and glowed with happiness as she posed with her husband for a few clicks and made conversation with other celebs at the event.
